For a moment of absolute relaxation, choose the whirlpool baths with their hydromassage jets, saunas, hammams or Japanese baths.
The 15m x 6m swimming pool will delight swimmers, and for the little ones, the paddling pool will become a holiday must.

VIP area and outdoor bath

On the first floor, an area reserved for hotel guests is equipped with sauna, hammam and bubble bath, and gives access to the terrace which also includes a sauna and Japanese bath – a unique experience facing the summits!

For your sporting activities, a gym with modern equipment (bicycles, rowing machines, body-building machines…) is at your disposal every day.

Access and information:

Free access to the spa for guests of the Hôtel Alparena**** & Spa and the residence Les Balcons de La Rosière****(see opening hours below).
The swimming pool and paddling pool are accessible to children accompanied by a parent.
Access to the hot tubs is authorised from the age of 14. Access to the saunas, hammams, gym as well as access to the VIP area (reserved for hotel guests) are only for adults.
