Perched at an altitude of 2,050 metres, in the heart of La Plagne’s highest resort, the Les Balcons de Belle-Plagne**** residence welcomes you in a warm and inviting atmosphere. Spread across four wood and stone chalets, it embodies Savoyard tradition.
Completely renovated, the apartments offer optimal comfort: modern kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living rooms redesigned with contemporary materials and furnishings. Spacious, they can accommodate up to 20 people, ideal for holidays with family or friends. For an even more luxurious experience, discover the new premium apartments located in Chalet 4.
Located at the edge of the Arpette slope, in the heart of the Paradiski area, the residence offers ski-in/ski-out access. On-site, take advantage of the Powrider (SkiSet) rental shop, the Le Chalet restaurant with its restaurant packages and a bread and pastry delivery service. The centre of Belle Plagne and its shops are in the immediate vicinity.
After a day of skiing, unwind in the wellness area: indoor pool, saunas, hot tub and gym, not to mention Thalgo treatments and massages for a moment of absolute relaxation.

Does the residence have a parking ?
Yes, the car park is located beneath the residence and will be charged to your bill (please check the ‘à la carte services’ section for rates). The maximum height is 2.10 metres, and we recommend that you book your space in advance to ensure availability. Places are limited.
Where is the pool located ?
The swimming pool is located in the reception building in chalet 2, level 2.
Can I choose the flat I want to live in ?
We try to answer each demand, but it’s important for you to note that each demand cannot be satisfied. You can add your request in your reservation and we will try our best to satisfy it.
Which coffee machines are available in the appartments ?
The appartments are equipped with filter coffee makers.
Is the ESF meeting point far from the residence ?
The ESF meeting point is in the center of Belle Plagne. You can easily access to it by foot or with skis.
Are pets allowed ?

Does the residence have a parking ?
The car park is located under the residence and is free of charge. The maximum height is 2.10m and we advise you to book your space in advance to ensure availability. The number of spaces is limited.
Where is the swimming-pool ?
The swimming-pool is in the front-desk building.
Can I choose the flat I want to live in?
We try to accommodate everyone’s flat allocation requirements, however it is important to note that not all requests can be accommodated. You can include your requests in your booking and we will do our best to accommodate them.

Road to follow if you are coming by car :
– Highway Lyon/Albertville : A43 and A430
– From Geneva : Follow N201 (Cruseilles) then A41 until Chambery, then A43 and A130 until Albertville and then follow the N90 going through Moûtiers, Aime, Macot, La Plagne.
Some roads are not accessible during winter, that’s why the La Plagne website advise you to shut off your GPS when you arrive in Albertville to avoid any unaccessible itinerary
