At the Les Balcons group, we are committed to rewarding your loyalty. You’ve chosen to stay in our residences or hotels for your mountain getaways, and we want to thank you for your trust.

That’s why we’ve set up a brand-new loyalty program to enable you to accumulate points and benefit from exclusive discounts on your future stays.

How does it work ?

Each time you book a stay online (excluding tour operators and other partners), you accumulate points based on the amount you spend on accommodation in our establishments*. The more you stay, the more points you earn, and the more discounts you’ll get on your next stays!

Points are awarded after each stay, once the stay has been completed and invoiced. Collect points and turn them into gift vouchers! As soon as you reach 200 points, a gift voucher (minimum €50) is automatically generated, equivalent to the amount of your account balance. You can then use your gift vouchers in the form of a discount on your next stay. * as well as half-board and breakfast packages for hotel bookings.

Have you already booked stays with Les Balcons? To join the Les Balcons & You loyalty program, it couldn’t be simpler, just send us the booking numbers for your previous stays booked from winter 2022-2023 and summer 2023* (the stay must be over and fully paid for to generate points).

Communicate your reservation numbers (in the form HIxx-xxxxxx or ETxx-xxxxxx) by email to lesbalconsandyou@les-balcons.com before December 31, 2025.After this date, stays prior to winter 2024/2025 will not be taken into account.

Have you used several different customer accounts for stays? We can group your holiday bookings together and merge your customer accounts. Communicate your IND customer code numbers and booking numbers, and indicate the contact details you wish to keep (a natural person: surname, first name, email address and postal address) by email to lesbalconsandyou@les-balcons.com before December 31, 2025.

Is this your first stay? Welcome to our loyalty program!

As soon as your stay is over and you’ve paid in full, you’ll earn your first points! Points are automatically credited to your account, so you don’t have to do a thing.   Points are converted into gift vouchers as soon as 200 points have been accumulated – the start of a beautiful story with Les Balcons!

We would particularly like to thank our most loyal customers who have been staying at our establishments for many years. As a result, customers who have stayed in our establishments before October 2022 will benefit from  BONUS points. These extra points reward your loyalty beyond recent stays. Stays prior to 2008 are not included.

Am I eligible for the loyalty program if I booked via Booking or another partner? The loyalty program only concerns individual customers who have made personal reservations directly via our website or by contacting our teams. Bookings via partners are not included. Reservations by owners of Balcony flats are not eligible for the loyalty programme.

Do the points generated have a limited duration? The points validity period is 3 years. If you do not make any stays or do not redeem your points before the expiry date, they will be cancelled.

Does booking an additional service generate points? No, ancillary sales (ski passes, equipment rental, parking, spa treatments, bar drinks, etc.) do not generate loyalty points, only accommodation bookings are counted. With the exception of pre-booked breakfast or half-board in a hotel package at the time of booking.

Can I collect my points from the 1st stay in your establishment? Yes, if your first stay takes place from Winter 24/25 onwards (launch of the Les Balcons & You program), you start collecting loyalty points on your customer account. Points are automatically accumulated and visible on your customer account.

I always book my stay with my family or friends, who collects the points? We allocate points to the account of the main occupant (name used when booking) of the stay.

How do I track and manage my points? You can check your points balance directly from your customer account as well as your gift voucher history online on the Les Balcons website, and track the evolution of your points after each stay.

Does the gift voucher have a limited duration? The validity period of the gift voucher is 2 years. If you do not use the voucher during the two years, it will be cancelled and your points cannot be recovered.

Is the amount of the gift voucher fixed? The amount of the gift voucher will be generated automatically according to your points balance and from 200 points. If you do not use your gift voucher and make a new stay with us, the points will automatically accumulate on your gift voucher.

Can I transform my points into a gift voucher directly from my account? No,  this is not necessary, it is done automatically from 200 points ( = 50 euros in gift voucher). If you accumulate additional points, the amount of the gift voucher increases as you go along.

Is it possible to accumulate a gift voucher + the welcome offer following newsletter registration (50€)? No this is not possible as the points are generated at the end of the first stay and the 50€ discount is only valid on the first stay.

Is it possible to use a gift voucher in addition to a discount? Yes this is possible, especially with early booking offers.
